Bear Bottom Mining values your satisfaction!
If you are not happy with the operation of your Grizzly Sluice III once you receive it, simply return it within 2 weeks of the invoice date for a full refund or exchange. Your refund may take up to 60 calendar days from the date we received it from you.
If your Grizzly Sluice III was damaged during shipping we will be happy to exchange it for a different one. Items which have been mishandled or abused will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.
Before returning an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and the proper return address.
